我选的是B，记得之前CD语法区也有一个讨论帖，就是说A and B of C，如果A和B都是用来表示C的属性，就应该用单数。

想请教一下大家，到底这里应该是什么用法？（那个帖子找不到了，如果有同学记得的话麻烦发个链接，正好大家讨论讨论）

我是这么认为的，A of B形式中，看A决定谓语单复数。而在本句中，A就是The endurance and consistency，所以用复数。
