求大神解释下，为啥AB都有they， B就说太远了，指代不明确，可是全部只有一个复数的单词啊，sales of wines，我觉的听明确的啊

楼主，我给你举个例子，用心感受一下啊：

我喜欢的那个人叫王二，他真的长的好帅啊原来是邻村村主任张三丰小姨子的邻居李四家的远方亲戚，上月我和姐姐大妞去邻村赶集那叫一个人多啊。。。

我喜欢的那个人叫王二，上个月我和姐姐大妞去邻村赶集那叫一个人多啊里三层外三层的走都走不动也不知道是谁推了我一下眼看要摔倒了，他一把捞起我抱在怀里他他真的长的好帅啊原来是邻村村主任张三丰小姨子。。。

楼主有没有觉得，例1中“他”的出现很顺利成章，你很清楚的知道“他”是谁；
例2中间说了一大堆有的没的突然给你一个“他”，虽然前面只有一个人王二可以用“他”来代替，可是你还记得“他”是谁吗？

我的理解是这里有个前面有逗号的but，因为有这个but，后面需要紧接平行结构Sales declined (did), but they do。中间塞一些七姑八婆的嫁妆都冗余，就是要一针见血，直接入洞房。

这道题不是指代的问题
因为but连接了两个平行的句子，所以两个句子的主语相互指代，所以不管是A 还是B they都是指代的sales
B的错误在于， alcohol consumptiom, red wine这样的两个名词结构就是同位语，表示他们说的都是相同1事物，只是互相补充信息，但是饮酒≠红酒，所以错误
