请教关于sai申请材料的问题

请问第一个a true certified copy of your passport 就是要把护照拿到公证处弄吗？因为下面说可以由学校公正，我能不能盖个教务处的章子？

介绍信要英文的？（这个问题比较白痴），有没有什么要求

简历自己弄？也没有统一格式？

最后一个问题，不知道大家用哪家寄得材料，大概要多久才能寄到。
