题目：in his research paper, Dr. Frosh, medical director of the Payne Whitney Clinic, distinguishes mood swings, which may be violent without their being grounded in mental disease , from genuine manic-depressive psychosis.

B. mood swings, perhaps violent without being grounded in mental disease, and genuine manic-depressive psychosis

OG对B的perhaps的解释是 the phrase perhaps violent ... is awkward and unclear,

But why ?

Perhaps不如may be好，也没有possible，could好，OG里面没有一个正确选项是选perhaps的，除了一个句子（OG10-11）在不划线部分有用到perhaps。

OG11-2的正确选项就是带perhaps的，OG是这么解释的：Maybe and perhaps are interchangeable

B、D：形容詞性的無動詞分句既可以作狀語修飾主語，也可以作定語修飾逗號前面的名詞。可以對這句話詳細解釋?
那perhaps 這裡做副詞的作用是什麼?
