看到有解释说A E的区别在与not all 与 all not的意思不同 A是完全否定E是部分否定
E从意思上比A 好
但语法上两者不都是部分否定吗表示“并非全部都是”（网上so了下确实如此丫）
困惑中

望各位NN 不吝赐教呀

解釋沒錯阿 All not是完全否定
not all是部份否定
句子的語意是soviet audience saw most of the coverage although not all were carried live
而且根據XDF的筆記 All not出現基本錯，改為not all是正確的標誌

不是說all not 肯定錯還是要根據具體句子來判斷
但是如果選項里出現把all not 改成not all 則是正確的標誌
