“in that" is stilted as explained by OG.In addition, you CANNOT collapse "month of festival" into "festival’s month".

Hmm...first of all, it is "tissues", not "tooth and bone", should be modified by the phrase "not normally found in the organ".
A) "not normally found in the organ" incorrectly modifies "tooth and bone" while the phrase should modify "tissues"
B) Uses "like" while it should really use "such as"
C) Same as B)
D) "not normally found in the organ" incorrectly modifies "Composition"
E) "not normally found in the organ" correctly modifies "tissues"
