AA25的几点逻辑错误--个人意见，恳请指正

1. The arguer fail to provide the information about the state to which most people move to rather than the city L.

2. All the information are based on the unwarraned city rank survey, whose process and critera is unclear.

3. The identification people made to move are based on the assumption that the condition listed about city L remain unchanged.

The following appeared as part of an article in a magazine on lifestyles.

“Two years ago, City L was listed 14th in an annual survey that ranks cities according to the quality of life that can be enjoyed by those living in them. This information will enable people who are moving to the state in which City L is located to confidently identify one place, at least, where schools are good, housing is affordable, people are friendly, the environment is safe, and the arts flourish.”

不好意思，把前年的帖子翻出来了。今天刚好看到这题，突然发现里面有个很大的logic flaw，请大家发表发表意见。

"enable people who are moving to the state in which City L is located to confidently identify ……" 意思就是说，以上信息给移居到L市所在州的人们有了这样一个信心，就是能找到一个……好……好……好的地方。

City L生活质量好不一定说明该州其他城市在这些方面也好。可能City L是旅游城市，或者政治经济中心，或者什么什么的，让它的生活质量跟其他城市比，很突出。

不知道这个逻辑错误我有没有找偏……请各位给给意见……
