为什么D选项里的that was 不是wordy 的呢？正如68题的A项和80题的D项，解释都说that were/that are 是wordy的，为什么这里就是对的呢？

个人觉得虽然d是wordy 但这仅仅是相对性错误
但是abce都是绝对性错误（abe both用法错误 c没有谓语动词）

相比abce c的错误可以原谅

有错误的地方请指教~~

同意LS.

翻了一下OG解释，分析到A,C,E的时候都没有说rooted作分词修饰work会有任何歧义，说明正确答案中的that was完全可以省，ETS不认为省了有什么不好。
但确实是effectiveness的错误
