情态动词里只有may和might可以互换。。。
would表示猜测，could表示能力。

我的理解COULD表示能不能的问题，would讨论会不会的问题，尤其针对未发生的一种假设。。。

有理有理，这里陈述一种事实，不是“假设'"他寻求婚姻关系的接触，他就能和。。。结婚。
他就是在寻求婚姻关系的接触，而且前面没有表示hypothetical的词，如if
