答案选a，但是我觉得D选项也是对的，我看了解释，他是这样说的- it不能指代介系词词组from the release，我不是很明白他的意思，怎么判断it是指代的对象？？？？
此外，(A)正确， after + n.结构避免了逻辑主词问题，这里的逻辑主词是什么意思？？

it做形式主语时都是to do的不定式，it做to do的形式可以，其他的短语和句子，it都不能指代的。after加动词的话，after的主语变成了Brazil，逻辑上说不过去，不是Brazil release

d的话整句话是谓语动词的Brazil后面加从句
