Question 23:

This one is to test the usage of "consider", you can not use "consider to be" or "consider as". The correct way is "consider sth." So C is right.

Question 17:

Answer E violates parallelism by missing "and" between "soft pop" and "beautiful music" in "among hard rock, soft pop, “beautiful music” slopes "

主句主语不是从句的逻辑主语

(C) A special Japanese green tea called genmai-cha contains brown rice and is considered a gourmet delicacy by most Japanese, though it is virtually unavailable outside Yokohama.

Actually, the sentence is :

A tea contains rice and is considered a delicacy.

相信ETS认为: C中的it指代主句主语“A special Japanese green tea

可我总觉着歧义:brown rice ?它也有可能被指代呀!?

Tianwan: 看见你以前的提问, 我也有此问题, 你现在有答案了吗?谢谢先!

以下是引用waytousa在2003-10-3 1:42:00的发言:

好像ETS特别不喜欢用CONSIDER AS,或CONSIDER TO BE,但是字典上有CONSIDER AS 的例句。A PAINTING PREVIOUSLY CONSIDERED AS WORTHLESS, BUT WHICH NOW TURNS OUT TO BE VERY VALUABLE。

HE ‘S GENERALLY CONSIDERED TO HAVE THE FINEST TENOR VOICE IN THIS COUNTRY。
