I am setting up a non-profit organisation to encourage cross-sector learning, training, and collaborations. We aim to encourage non-profits to learn from businesses, and for for-profits to learn from non-profit ways of doing things.
I'm starting this by first introducing a free MBA admissions consulting service for non-profit professionals who might be interested in picking up business skills to enhance their career. The idea is, if all you've done is non-profit so far, maybe you'll learn some new skills by going to business school, and then bringing some of those new approaches and ideas back to your work in non-profit.
We're looking for non-profit professionals who have not worked full-time in for-profit jobs. (We set this criteria in place because these are the people who most lack a 'network' of colleagues and friends who can help them navigate the business school process). If anyone meets the criteria and is potentially interested in benefiting from this free MBA admissions consulting service, please feel free to send me a 站内信. I am in the process of setting this up right now, but I would love to put you on an email list, so I can contact you when we accept applicants into our first batch of Fellows for this free programme, in a few months time.
If any one has any comments/suggestions/recommendations/voices of support/criticism/desire to help, please let me know too
