之前选了D。自己大概想明白了，advise sb. that they should do sth.肯定是错误的句式，要么是advise that sb. do sth.要么是advise sb. to do sth.

只是B怎么都看着不顺。另外，advise适合demand以及require一样的用法吗，后面从句里的动词包括be动词都需要用原型？如果是suggest呢？查dict.cn查到的advise例子是用should的：

We advised that they should start early/advised them to start early.
我们建议他们应该及早开始。

advise接从句是要用省略了Should的虚拟语气的
