答案选B 主句为将来时，从句为现在时，但是B选项时态怎么跟主句时态一致呢？

不知lz是否是受OG上if X happened,Y happen的影响。其实做题做多了，lz会发现大量这样在if条件句中，主从句时态一样的情况。所以在做题的时候，不能死扣。

这个题最关键的一点是在于，in doing something, somebody do something....通过做某事，某人做了某事。
but in attributing criminal or delinquent behavior to some food allergy（表示方式的状语）, the perpetrators....的结构，导致perpetrator成了in atrributing criminal....这个动作的逻辑主语，这是错误的，实际上应该是辩护律师做这个动作，因此一下就排除了ACE。那E中的“as the cause of”明显不如is atrributed to简介和常用，因此B正确。

其实在IF条件句中，当从句的时态是一般现在时的时候，主句的时态可以是一般将来时也可以是一般现在时的，这个语法是正确的
