没有说同位语只能指代前面的一个词吧，这里B不能看成是a part of a deal来指代前面的一句话吗？

B中的a part of a deal按照语法会优先修饰purchase, 而句中的逻辑意思是 the color-printing division of a rival company，所以改变了句子意思

所以，B看起来有点不是很清晰，E呢，也就是thatit will purchase the color-printing division of a rival

company for $950 million AS part of a deal....，不会引起歧义。不是很专业，但意思差不多，牛人忽略咯。。
