I am worried about sth 一样.

worried adj.烦恼的, 为难的, 焦虑的

天哪，我对形容词结构和过去分词总是搞不清楚，请问，有什么办法可以区分？

另外，我还有一个疑问，就是过去分词和现在分词做后置定语的区别是不是就是被动和主动的区别？
