几乎全划线我就不全打出来了，正确答案是：

我是想问,which 不是只能就近修饰么？这里为什么能修饰a technique呢？
可能问题有点弱，我语法很差，但愿不会被笑。

我觉得吧你千万不能记住这个什么which能 that 不能而是要结合题目比较答案的差异找出最有效的答案如果放在别的题目 which可以跳跃指代估计就是错误的了

E中有两处: 分词优于定语从句和 can 优于 have the abbility to
