怎么看不懂啊？？　is后面跟 leave ，and then corral ，and drive ？？　讲不通语法阿？又不是被动！

不问yet ,我问这句话怎么翻译的，　我直接选了beat...adopt.对应前边adhere,看来应该是表伴随但我理解不了意思，请教～

找到了，薄冰《新编英语语法》Ｐ368，含有do的名词从句作主语，表语为不定式常省略to。如：All I could do was call for help.

（from LZM P102）在下列主语补语中的不定式可以省略to，也可保留

1 What 从句做主语，其中含动词do：What we'll do is (to)tell her the truth.

2 All＋形容词从句做主语，其中含动词do：All he did was (to) make others work.

3 Thing＋形容词从句做主语，其中含动词do：The bus broke down. The only thing we could do was (to) talk there.

4 Thing to do 做主语： The thing to do is (to) clear the road.
