As a leader and a team member respectively, how do you play the role appropriately?
Example to demonstrate your managerial skills.
What's the first challenge when you join the MBA?How to deal with it?
As a leader, what's your weakness? How to improve?
As a leader, how do you improve your team members?

The entire interview focused on managerial and leadership skills and lasted for about 45 mins.

Could I ask you Which round did you apply? I apply the round 5 (the deadline is 3/1).
I wonder how long I will know whether I have an interview or not.

I submitted my material in 12/24/2009 through my agent, not on-line.
Due to this, the school contact person didn't give me feedbacks until the end of January.
I got my interview invitation in 2/15/2010.
