在11题中的B选项中，OG说that takes不对，因为这个organizations还没有真正建立起来，应该用to take 或者taking。但是在89的未划线出的equipment也是还没有建立的啊，是未来（will），这里为什么又用that allows？？

这里的adaptive equipment 显然是已经研制完成的，不然presenters将无法在seminar上展示这些设备。
