C as well as 会引起歧义，和那里并列，会出现和its firsthand accounts of the indignities 并列，也可能是和the indignities 并列，加了in就不会有歧义了，另外it had ,it指代主语辩护，变化本身不可能具有后面的特点，所以使用不合理

对C还是不太明白~had的时态对吗？我感觉C 是平行的~~
