这道题中，我选了A，请问colder and wetter than was usual in some regions能不能看成是插入语呢？后面的which就可以修饰weather了。。。。

即使是插入语，which也遵循着直接修饰逗号前名词的规则。

which可以指代region，也可以指代weather，按照句子的排列，指代region的可能性大一些
即使有指代weather的可能，ambiguity是避免不了的，所以必然是错误选项。
