【求助】prep155 each独立主格问题

这道题选A，我想问each后面的成分不是应该修饰“Galapagos”，但是我感觉根据句意是在修饰 tortoise ，还是我句子没有理解清楚，求解~~~

可是这个是prep自己对each独立主格的解释~~~
