differentiation, 而是, 如D所說, 那個discovery導致greater understanding of cell

it不论指代主语还是宾语都妥当，且一般只能指代主语

且ets喜欢同位语从句，看到新名词和同位语从句基本就是正确答案了

这样,是否意味这 discovery 作上层意思的同位语,则整句的谓语在哪?

        Barbara McClintock,而若

不管是不是Bar或者Genes在逻辑上都不能做lead to greater understanding, 只能是Discovery lead to understanding. 同位语结构也是gmac喜欢的结构。

个人总结了gmat语法考试几个原则，

逻辑（修饰语修饰对象和动词主语是否符合逻辑），句子成分（fragment or run on），代词（是否指代清楚），主谓一致，平行，语态时态，比较（比较概念也对等，也属于逻辑），惯用语（靠总结积累）。

简单记住就是：逻修代致平态比惯，如果这些原则不能解决问题，就要看小词（介词一类），特别要留心句子的结构（逗号的用法）。希望对大家有帮助。

D的语言我觉得是最准确简练的。根据studying可以看书逻辑主语应该是BM，根据语义作者想写bm的发现和发现导致的结果，后面的同位语重复了discovery避免了代词指代错误。
