这里rates for, 为什么不是rates of 呢？

首先我觉得考点不是在for or of上，但如果是在要讨论，for 是习惯用法

对于保险的保费，一般说 the premium/rates for the insurance

price 也一样用 for：what's the cheapest price for a TV?

介词的微小差别通常不是GMAT语法的考点！第一个选项里risen个句中的soaring词义重复！第四个和第五个选项同理。第二个和第三个选项里的force根据动词形优于名词形原理，最后选C

这里rates for, 为什么不是rates of 呢？

我认为还有一个问题就是soaring 表示是ongoing的，所以后面用are forcing比较好
