笔记中说，of后面的内容应该修饰population而不是changes，正确选项中of也紧跟population，是不是介词短语作修饰时是就近修饰呢。
还有，as many as or more than 和 more than 表达含义是否相同，笔记上说前者表达较为罗嗦，是不是大部分是错误选项，求解。（不考虑其他错误）

介词短语修饰谁依逻辑意思而定，一般做名词的后置定语，就是就近修饰，还有一种情况，例如og11紫皮的110题
110．The nephew of Pliny the Eider wrote the only eyewitness account of the great eruption of Vesuvius in two letters to the historian Tacitus．（全句划线）
选(E) In two letters to the historian Tacitus，the nephew of Pliny the Elder wrote the only eyewitness account of the great eruption of Vesuvius.
这里的介词短语in two letters to the historian Tacitus是修饰主语的，而不是宾语the great eruption of Vesuvius，所以换个位置放在前面更清晰。

more than 包含as many as的意思，所以两者一起出现重复。
