答案在D,E之中选，E中用has made,过去完成时，整句话中没有提示要用完成时，另外还有its,很容易指代不清，所以当即排除D，选了E。可是答案偏偏是D，除了make sth sth的搭配之外，到底怎么理解？D,E意思上到底有什么差别？D为什么要用完成时态？
