How easy if change career field??

Hi, there, the purpose I wanna apply for mba schools is to change my career field, well, I'm IT people, working for 10 yrs , now I lose the direction of life, I think I don't have further development in this field, but I have no any other field experience, just work in the insurance field, but still focus on techincal jobs, so my problem is : can I change my field to work for other field like finance, accounting after graduate from mba, how easy  is it????

is there anyone who have similar situation with me??? discuss it ,pls!!!!

Adcom is always concerned on career changer. Try to find another way, for example, from IT Technology Management==>IT Business Management...that will be more reasonable.
