急求一道语法题的解答

这道题我选的是A,但答案是D.不懂A为什么错，D是如何选出来的？谢谢大牛们。

就是一个动作的承受者的问题 have sth done…… cars自己是不会disconnected的

题目想说：厂商因为验车不连迈表交罚金。意在说“验车”而不是“车”本身。
