平行哦lz,it hampers the ability...to distinguish...and, to make说的是小孩子理解speech的能力被伤了,not making和to distinguish不但不平行还把意思给反过来了,使小孩理解speech没伤害怎么会对呢。B选项看的时候吧,as a result,去掉就很明显是对的了。

如果是D句子就变成:
The conversational pace of everyday life results in not making sense of speech.
句子意思就不对了。
