平行哦lz，it hampers the ability...to distinguish...and, to make说的是小孩子理解speech的能力被伤了，not making和to distinguish不但不平行还把意思给反过来了，使小孩理解speech没伤害怎么会对呢。B选项看的时候吧，as a result，去掉就很明显是对的了。

如果是D句子就变成：
The conversational pace of everyday life results in not making sense of speech.
句子意思就不对了。
