我看了很多讨论了的帖子都说因为them对应复数，所以只能用复数，但them只出现在A句中，D选项中并未出现them，如果拿them单复数的问题来解释D选项，我觉得不太合适，而且我感觉时态上D更合理，求NN解答下

未划线部分有them，d选项cow是单数，导致them无所指
