正确选项是C， E中说acquire与bought同时用，表达不简洁。（不理解）C比E好在哪呢？

干嘛一句句子要用两个~
with用作状语表方式,凭着....的手段

个人觉得，E的问题是
1. acquiring与bought在此处意思差不多，都是购得的概念。
2. bought it里的it指代不太清楚，语法上，要么指代miles, 要么指代purchase，因为前半句里的louisiana是个定语。但it既无法指代前面的828,000 （复数），也无法指代purchase (逻辑意思不对）

如果这是正确答案，那么肯定是指US,但是相对来说，存在指代不清的时候还是用名词代替最好。A中就是用名词代替，BDE也是。就是C不是。

miles是复数，it指代不了，it应该是指代purchase,不过放在这里又好像读不通顺。

因为louisiana是用作介词短语修饰mile,所以如果IT指代LP就很奇怪了

也就是说E中存在的错误包括：绝对错误：1）it指代不清

2）bought与Acquiring重复

相对错误：1)句子结构不如C好

C中的相对错误：1) its 用名词the country's 替代更好，这样也与A项最贴近

所以综上所述选C更好！
