新版prep上的一道比较题~ 请教各位帮忙啊！！！

这道题目我真的是觉得很晕啊。我一直觉得B没有错误，it指代的是energy……是说像这种被动的，如果像B那么说一定要说it was generated in1990么？真是不清楚……我已经被这些比较搞的晕菜了！高人啊！指点啊！感谢啊！！！！！！

它比的是generate动态的过程,而不是单单energy,而as be the case中的as可以指代整个句子的,但it显然不可以~

我认为it指代错误。因为1990的energy和现在的energy不是同一个energy，所以不能用it指代。个人观点。
