(A) Abigail Adams or Dolly Madison ever had been结构中,had been省略结构无法还原, 也就是说had been无法承接she shattered进行省略

不理解省略结构无法还原，好像还有一些题目也说是无法还原，怎样理解呢？

我的理解，简单的说就是be和be对应，do和do对应。
不知道对不对

也就是说had been和后面的she shattered中的shattered不对应，所以省略后无法还原，是这样理解吗？
