The answer is A ,but I think D will be better

In D, a sentence has several verbs.

D sentence has several verbs ,but is parallel,

if you look at A and D, they actually convey different meanings.
A compare M with utility vehicles
D compare 7 passenger with utility vehicles

D中间连续插入两个从句:carrying 和 compared，才表示出“迷你丸花钱少”；这个句子比较臃肿。
而A一上来就说它载多少客，花钱少；整个句子更清晰...这点是比D好的。
