我认为B不对。关于which includes和including的区别，我还是比较清楚的，就是前者不能指代整个句子。但是这道题中which以前根本就不是句子，而且从句意上讲就应该指代人口，应该用which includes而不是including。请NN指教。

本人非NN，解题思路如下：
and 和 as well/also重复，排除ACE
being错排除D
所以选B
个人认为which includes和Including在这道题中没有错,可互换
