MBA or not?

I know there must be lots of people with insights into MBA program. Could you please give me some suggestions whether to apply for MBA program this year or not?
Background: BA non-business major from Top 2 university in China; Master non-business major from Top university in US; worked in an investment bank on Wall-street for a year; and now in China (non I-banking) for more than 1 year on global pay. GMAT 750+ plus tofel 110+. No other big achievements in community service or social activities.
The most important reason I am applying is that I don't feel my current job is right for me, and I want to live in more interesting cities such as New York, Boston, or London. However,2-year MBA is a huge commitment.
I am also wondering if my 2-year experience is a disadvantage for application.

你的背景非常不错，如果你觉得还希望回来美国，当然可以尝试申请MBA，只不过，如果你现在还没有写材料这些的话，申请名校有点吃亏了。如果我是你，我会申请2011年的，这一年时间好好准备材料和研究学校，此外，申请的时候3年工作经验还是比较好的。
个人看法。

If you see yourself great up potential w/o MBA, then don't have to go.
just curious, why do you think living in NYC is more interesting than in Beijing/shanghai?
