正确答案是B，但是我觉得B表达的意思和原文不太一样，有点主从倒置的嫌疑……

indicates后面一定有that,排除DE，A中blue-collar workers后面应该要加do才能跟前面的CEO’s now earn对称。 另外in 1980最好跟在the ratio后面，而且419 times the pay也跟42 times their pay对应。

我想原文表达的意思是通过Citing faulty voting equipment。。。才能 estimated 4 million 。。。。

所以estimated 4 million 。。。。才是主句，而且主动优于被动嘛，如果主动表达形式也对就应该优先用主动形式

C中Citing faulty voting equipment。。。的主语明显不是4 million to 6 million of the 100 million votes，错！

D才是主从颠倒，E改变了原文意思。
