就是句首的26 billion barrels 要和句子主语是一类事物,那么是A选项的world consumption of oil 还是 E选项的oil更加能够和26 billion barrels 匹配呢?

我开始选的E,后来看了答案觉得E是被动确实没有A主动好;但是这个开头的结构如何和A选项的主语匹配呢?  求助大家了!!!

A 是 油的消耗量 = 每年26B桶，。。。

E 是 油 = 每年26B桶，。。。。

逻辑上还是A好，而且基本上通过1.被动；2 at an increasing rate of 就可以排除E 了

谢谢LS的解释! 还有一个问题: "2 at an increasing rate of 就可以排除E 了" at an increasing rate of 这个成分是错误的吗? 为什么呢? 是不是increasing 的问题
