答案是选B
它的解释是用了一个sb. do while doing 的结构，但是为什么这边while at the same time需要考虑的不是平行呢？我是出于平行的角度考虑的，所以选了A。
请大家指教！！

Dangling modifier? A选项，having后面是指industrialization and modern methods (they)，但实制上它应该是指dangerous chemical pollutants。所以E也可以排除。

而C, D，没有将at the same time放后面的。

请NN指正。

按照句意，dangerous chemical pollutants才是 having gone virtually unregulated 。

在A选项中， dangerous chemical pollutants却是宾语，而主语是Industrialization and modern methods。A的意思成了 Industrialization and modern methods having gone virtually.

这也是我的问题， having unregulated 能表示便随状语吗？
