我的疑惑是在D选项，anything that has been 上。that是做anything的定语，能省略么？直接anything has beensythesized 行不行

沒有that的其中一個讀法:
The commission ...has been synthesized.

应该不行吧，that做主语的.不过，定语从句，that不做成分的，不是同位语从句么？我要晕了
