我的看法哈 不知道能不能说清楚

现在完成时是过去的时间延续到现在，说明现在还在发生着

过去完成时是过去的过去，现在已经不在发生了。在过去的某一个时点或者动作前就已经完成（过去完成时的判断是难点，因为没有时间状语等标志，只能根据上下文的提示，如果没有表示过去的过去含义时，就尽量不要选）

这题的判断在后半部分，six teenagers声称（注意这里是过去时态意味着他们在In June, 1981就声称了）他们看见Virgin Mary还在那几年内出现过。

看见Virgin Mary发生在过去（注意陈述这件事之前就一直存在），而陈述这件事的人也是在过去就说了，所以用过去完成时

have had 是现在完成额。。。

have done是现在完成时一般式 have been done是被动式。have done是过去发生的事情持续或影响到现在，had done是在过去的某个时间前发生的是持续到过去的这个时间。如果原文里没有提到这个过去的过去就不要用had。

这个题have had version 就是have done。had version=done 。had 表示有的意思，不表示时态，是have的过去分词。
