答案是A，可是the same as 不要求前后对等吗，civilization后面怎么不加did？B的过去完成时虽然有点牵强，但用了助动词had，我就选它了。

当然首先是时态问题，过去完成时没有依据。其次在比较结构中加助动词一般是为了避免歧义。如果说加比不加好，那就绝对化了。
