这题题干说:1. 北美“肥胖的孩子”在不断增加; 2.“肥胖的孩子”的定义：所有人口的25%是肥胖，85%是正常；

如果25%的数量增加了，一定是人口总数增加了，随之85%的数量-既正常人的数量也应该增加；

所以选C
