这里的subsidized是和paid并列的！financial allowances for families with children 不做成分，只是对maternity and paternity leaves做的解释

对楼上的解释很是疑惑...我觉得including后面跟的是三个并列名词成分...

paid subsidized 都修饰后面的名词，支付薪水的产假 和享受补贴的幼稚园护理所

由于是形容词所以不存在平行问题吧...
