B, make up now that

C, that make up now

D, that now make up

2, Telesopes are (frequently ) used in astronomy (to cillect) light
from a celestial object, bring the light (into) focus, and (producing)
a magnified image.

参考楼下的解释，应该是D，先找主谓宾，came是主句的谓语，所以A错，B错，now时间状语，不修饰Canada，所以C错。

produce跟cillect和bring并列，用原形

同一楼上的说法，应该是D，now在这里是副词，修饰make up的。

所以C错
