申请了3所学校的ROUND 2 (Jan 15th, Feb 1st and Feb 15th), submitted all applications electronically, so far get no news, could some one instruct how to check the status on schools' websites? Thanks.

Not all schools allow you to check the status of application through internet. Ask your schools for detail.
