上面的句子是正确答案，但我觉得最后一个单词published前应该加be.是不是忘记写了？

if that's the case, can you also 省略 the first "be"? so the whole thing looks like this: Despite protests from some waste-disposal companies, state health officials have ordered that the levels of bacteria in seawater at popular beaches measured and the results published.

what's the rule for 省略? it doesn't seem to come in line with what OG has to say in it's explaination, the so-called "paradigm".

请问省略的原则是什么？我的问题不是第一个BE可以被省略，而是为什么第二个BE可以被省略，有哪位牛牛可以帮我回答一下？谢谢。

1 省略后意思完整，没有歧异；

2 能还原，还原后语法、逻辑正确；

3 两个并列句中：第一个有be或become，第二个省略。
