Having a job to work with other people or  having a job to work alone.

Nowadays, there is a growing concern that how to accomplish the work efficiently . Therefore, a large number of companies and people eager to use the less time to do the more program to become more efficient. Obviously,having a job to work with other people or taking a job to work alone is a heated debate.

Some people maintain that working with others will be better.There are lots of merits of working with partners, such as ,getting the more ideas from others ; avoiding the foolish mistakes in the work; learning the teamwork spirit form cooperation are merits to work with partners. As the well known that 1+1>2 . It is work together that make people come up with the more ways to solve the problems or catch the innovative thought. Cooperative with the each other also have the problems.For instance, individual’s  ideas are often submerged in the group’s ideas, because leaders usually consider about the profit of the company rather than individuals'.  On the other hand , it is chatting that waste the time to work,  especially happening in the familiar friends or partners. Sometimes ,a group of workers will use the long time to discuss in order to make a decision.Though they guarantee the quality of the results, waste the cherish time ,which can use to do the other things.

While, working alone have a lot of advantages . There are lots of merits of working alone . Such as , making person have a quiet atmosphere to think; avoiding wasting time chatting ; solving problems independently are the merits of working alone .Such as ,when someone read the books ,the noisy atmosphere will interrupt his or her train of thought, at the same time ,he or she will feel uncomfortable and distracted. So,it is a necessary for employee to have the quite place to do their work seriously. Nevertheless, people will either loss the opportunity to share or the chance to discuss the ideas with other people ,when they find some useful methods to solve the problems.

From my personal angle ,I believe that having the work with others or stay alone will depends on the types of the job.If the work is a gigantic program,people should be work with others , which will help them to  accumulate the different information and finish the diverse parts by individuals .For example , the WATER CUBE, a swimming venues of Beijing Polemic Games, was designed by a group of architects from Australia . At the beginning ,the main architect came up with a idea that using the shape of water bubble to be the appearance of the special venue; then others would according the plan to find the solid material to build this places. Therefore , WATER CUBE,the magic artwork and venue was accomplished without working together. On the contrary, some jobs need to people to works by themselves. Such as Mark Twain , a famous writer in America. When he created the novels ,he felt like to work with himself at studyroom, because he had more time and quite atmosphere to thought deeply .It is one of  the factors that made Mark to become such a successful writer around the world.

In conclusion,we would find no matter work together or work  by oneself ,it depends on the types of the work .Finding the correct way to work ,could assist people to become more efficient and take the triumph.
