虽然B的the effects that are the most obvious ones 啰嗦，没有A的the most obvious effects简洁；impacting the most on people没有the largest impact on people简洁
但在做题时觉得A 划线内第一个and前后句意和语法不平行呀~ 所以就淘汰了~ 选了B 虽然B不够简洁但答案居然是A！！？
求教NN们~

个人拙见哈，请指教：
the most obvious effects, and those that would have the largest impact on people
and后面的部分像是对effects的进一步解释，those核心词指代effects，that定语从句修饰those
这个结构像同位语，是对obvious effects 大范围里面对人类影响大的那部分小范围的解释。and去掉应该也没错。
让我想起了一个很像的句子：
Sales of wines declined in the late 1980s, but they began to grow again after the 1991 report that linked moderate consumption of alcohol, and particularly of red wine, with a reduced risk of heart disease.
这个里面particularly of red wine是对前面consumption of alcohol的进一步解释

and在这里只是强调语气而已~结构无大碍

这题OG有雏形的

事实上要是OG刷的细致应该会知道这是一个正确用法

个人认为and those ... on people 是插入语，and 表示其额外的有巨大影响的effects，可以理解为补充说明的none-essential modifier; 如果去掉and, those that .... 修饰前面的obvious effects, 成了同位语，改变了语法逻辑

还有B选项错误，并非一个简洁，简洁不简洁只是一个prefer的偏好问题。
真正的语法问题，依我看是：A选项：the most obvious effects would be extremes of temperature,precipitation, and storminess；B选项：the effects would be those impacting the most on people——很明显的看到修饰成分变主体，主体内容变为修饰成分，这种毫无理由的变化，是不合理的。。。。。

从句意上来理解LZ

文章所要讨论的是温室效应的effect

所以你看A选项

the effects would be ..... extremes之类的都是在句子的核心结构

相反的你看B选项

the effects would be those impacting （啥东西？你看出是什么effects了吗？）

哈哈你这个句子很有用不过有particularly 好理解多了不像原句没有那么好理解
